Shipping

Shipping costs are borne by the Customer and are clearly indicated at the time the order is placed, unless otherwise specified by promotional offers. Payment for the goods will be made by the Customer using the payment method selected when placing the order.

Carriers Used

Shipments are not automatically insured, but insurance can be added for an additional fee before the order is processed. For any further information, please email customercare@resinbike.com.

For shipments within Italy, the following carriers are used depending on the destination:

GLS Express Courier
Shipments with GLS Express Courier generally take 3–5 business days for delivery. This service is trackable, allowing you to check the location of your parcel at any time.

SDA Express Courier
SDA Express Courier S.p.A. provides express courier services for parcels, pallets and documents. This type of shipment is generally delivered within 24 to 48 hours.

For international shipments, we use the following carriers depending on the destination:

GLS Express Courier
Door-to-door delivery service in 36 European countries. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days to major European economic centres, including Germany, France, Austria, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

MBE Express Courier
MBE provides a highly professional assistance and shipping brokerage service. Shipments managed through this carrier are subsequently entrusted to other couriers such as:

UPS Express Courier
Mainly used for shipments within the EU.

FEDEX Express Courier
This service is used for all countries outside the EU.

Preparation and Delivery Times

Orders are normally prepared within 24–48 hours, up to a maximum of 72 hours during peak periods. Resin Bike Care cannot be held responsible for any delays in processing the order or delivering the goods ordered.

Please note that delivery may take place as early as the day after the order is placed or, for certain products, may take between 5 and 10 business days. In the latter case, we will promptly notify the Customer by phone or email.

Delivery within Italy normally takes 3–5 business days. In EU countries, parcels are generally delivered within 5–7 business days, while deliveries to non-EU countries normally take 7–9 business days depending on the destination.

All shipments are fully trackable. Tracking codes are sent to the Customer by email once the shipment has been dispatched by our operators.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer must check:

– that the number of parcels delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the shipping document previously sent by email;
– that the packaging is intact, undamaged, dry and otherwise unaltered, including the sealing materials such as adhesive tape or metal straps.

Any damage to the packaging and/or product, or any discrepancy in the number of parcels or shipping details, must be reported immediately by signing the courier's proof of delivery WITH WRITTEN RESERVATION, SPECIFYING THE REASON FOR THE RESERVATION (e.g. "punctured packaging", "crushed packaging", etc.). Once the courier's document has been signed without reservation, the Customer may no longer raise claims concerning the visible external condition of the goods delivered.

Any problems relating to the physical integrity, conformity or completeness of the products received must be reported within 2 days of delivery, according to the procedures set out in this document.

If the goods stored at the courier's warehouse are not collected within 7 business days due to repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts at the address provided by the Customer when placing the order, the goods will be returned to our warehouse.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on both the order value and the destination country. Below is a detailed list of shipping costs for the main countries:

Italy:

• From €0 to €49.00: €6.00
• Over €49.00: free shipping

France – Slovenia – Denmark – Croatia – Poland – Czech Republic – Spain – Hungary – Belgium – Luxembourg – Netherlands – Germany – Austria:

• From €0 to €49.90: €12.00
• From €49.91 to €99.90: €8.00
• Over €99.90: free shipping

United Kingdom – United States – Canada:

• From €0 to €49.90: €25.00
• From €49.91 to €99.90: €20.00
• Over €99.91: €15.00

Resin Bike Care cannot be held responsible for changes in shipping rates, as carriers may introduce price adjustments during the year or packaging costs may increase.
